The City of Arlington has completed its 2024 Reclamation Program, improving about three lane miles of worn-down roads, especially near Pleasant Ridge Road and Park Springs Boulevard. These roads were chosen not only because of visible damage but also due to how much the community relies on them, as per the City of Arlington.
Funding came from the voter-approved quarter-cent Street Maintenance Sales Tax. Work began in September 2024 on streets like Curt Drive, Indian Summer Lane, and Pleasantview Drive.
