Trio arrested in $1.5M Texas elder fraud scheme, police say

After arresting three suspects for their alleged involvement in a $1.5 million elder fraud scheme, North Texas authorities are warning people all over the state to stay on the alert for scammers — especially those who target older adults.

The McKinney Police Department arrested a trio of suspects — Prakash Krishnaraj, 58; Christian Bolding, 32; and Eric Ell, 24 — who are accused of conducting a large-scale fraud scheme targeting elderly Texans under a pseudo-company called Precision Home Pros, according to a Tuesday news release…
