Protesters Detained In Downtown Dallas

(WBAP/KLIF) – DALLAS, TX – On Friday afternoon, at least 12 protesters were detained in Downtown Dallas after accessing a building during the “Stop Starving Gaza Now!” demonstration. According to the Dallas Police Department, around 4:45 PM, demonstrators from the protest gained access to the Boston Consulting Group’s building.

While officers attempted to arrest them, an “unruly crowd” gathered. Additional officers were requested as the crowd continued to grow. Officials with Dallas Police stated that nine protesters were charged with criminal trespass, two were charged with interference with public duties, and one was charged for interference, resisting and assault on a public servant. One person who was arrested was taken to the hospital after bumping their head with another person during their arrest…
