Police are investigating after one person was shot by an off-duty police officer on the northwest side of Dallas early Sunday morning.
The shooting happened at about 2:20 a.m. in the 10700 block of Finnell Street, according to Dallas Police.
Dallas Police records show so far this year, there have been at least 26 calls to Escapade Clubs, 16 of those calls were for motor vehicle theft. Other crimes include theft and drug violations…
