Dallas Police Seize Drugs and Guns, Arrest Two in Webb Chapel Extension Drug Bust

After a meticulous investigation that spanned several weeks, Northwest Patrol officers disrupted a significant drug operation in the Webb Chapel Extension area, notorious for rampant narcotic activities. The operation culminated on July 17, when the Dallas Police SWAT team executed a search warrant, the outcome of which was the confiscation of an extensive assortment of illicit substances and firearms, as per the Dallas Police Department. Among the seized items were 24.7 grams of Fentanyl, 5.6 grams of Methamphetamine, and over 1.5 kilograms of Marijuana, along with several handguns, one of which had a filed-off serial number and another reported as stolen.

The police endeavor led to the arrest of two suspects, Brandon Cornelius, 23, and Joseph Amos, 53.
