A bold new vision for Mansfield is coming to life with the announcement of a high-profile public-private partnership between the city of Mansfield and Dallas-based developer House of Tangram.
House of Tangram secured 30 acres inside the forthcoming $2.5 billion Staybolt Street Entertainment District — a 100-acre, mixed-use destination for sports, tech, and hospitality, the parties announced on Thursday.
