A pedestrian was struck and injured by a train Saturday morning, Fort Worth police said.
Officers were called to the intersection of McCart Avenue and W. Boyce Avenue after a northbound BNSF train hit a man who was by the tracks. The left side of the pedestrian’s body was injured, but he was conscious when the officers found him, according to police.
The injured man was taken to a local hospital for treatment. BNSF Railway has been notified since the accident occurred in their jurisdiction, police said…
