A drunken driver who hit and killed a pedestrian in northwest Fort Worth pleaded guilty on Wednesday to intoxication manslaughter.
Alexia Lopez, 24, reached an agreement with the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office on a plea bargain.
Under the terms of the agreement on the intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle plea, Lopez was ordered in the 213th District Court in Tarrant County to serve 10 years on probation. Labor detail service, a driver’s license suspension and urinalysis are among the conditions of her probation.
