At 8:30 a.m., before school started, a group of men in black suits gathered in prayer at Dallas ISD’s Wilmer-Hutchins High School in southeast Dallas.
“We know God is in the midst of us today,” Willie McArthur said, leading the prayer. “We understand one thing: these young people need us.”
