Cell phone footage from one of the folks enjoying their lunch circulated online shortly after, showing the arrest as it unfolded. While the reason for the stop remains unclear, police said the situation ended peacefully.

I don’t understand how the person filming just stayed where they were, because one of those cops’ guns is pointed pretty much in the camera person’s direction. If the man getting arrested does something that causes the police to start shooting, those bullets are coming right at you, sir!
