A man accused of buying cars with a fake driver’s license in North Texas was arrested before he could pull off the same scheme in Houston.
According to the Houston Police Department, Gilberto Mojica, 22, was caught on Wednesday trying to buy a vehicle worth nearly $35,000 from a dealership on the city’s west side.
