Dallas Police Arrest Five, Seize Drugs and Firearms in Northwest Patrol Division Operation

An operation conducted by the Dallas Police Department’s Northwest CRT and Deployment squads has culminated in the arrest of five individuals and the apprehension of drugs, firearms, and body armor. According to the Dallas Police Department’s news release, the initiative targeted a location on the 3300 block of Webb Chapel Extension after several weeks of detailed surveillance and evidence collection.

The arrests were executed by the Northwest CRT and Deployment squads, supported by Dallas SWAT, who had served a search warrant last Friday. The suspects included Oscar Garza, a 22-year-old facing multiple felony charges, including the manufacture or delivery of controlled substances and illegal possession of firearms and body armor. The remaining suspects, Melissa Martinez, 32; Marissa Davis, 26; Alicia Kruse, 40; and Sara Vandeneyde, 39, were detained on pre-existing narcotics warrants. Following the investigation under case number 120777-2025, the tally of contraband seized consisted of various narcotics such as fentanyl and methamphetamine, along with two handguns, one reported stolen, and a ballistic vest equipped with armor plates.

In the report published by the Dallas Police Department, Major Paul Thai, commander of the Northwest Patrol Division, underscored the operation’s significance in a statement declaring, “This successful investigation is one example of how we are disrupting criminal activity in Dallas.
