An Irving man was arrested last week after police say he assaulted his pregnant sister during a domestic dispute in North Irving.
On Wednesday, September 10, officers responded to the 4500 block of W. Northgate Dr. on a “domestic in progress” call involving siblings. Inside the apartment, the victim told police she had been assaulted by her brother, 25-year-old Thril Leewonn Brooks Jr.
According to the report, the incident began when the woman tapped her brother on the shoulder to get his attention. Brooks allegedly took offense, leading to a verbal argument.
