North Texas man convicted of stabbing ex-girlfriend to death in 2018, going on a rampage in Grand Prairie

A North Texas man convicted of stabbing his ex-girlfriend to death in 2018 and going on a rampage in Grand Prairie has been sentenced to life in prison.

The Tarrant County District Attorney says after Hung ‘Billy’ Nguyen murdered his ex girlfriend later identified as 38-year-old Chi Pham, he set her house on fire.

Prosecutors said he then drove to the nail salon in Grand Prairie where they worked and tried to set a co-worker there on fire…
