A Parker County judge sentenced a documented gang member and drug dealer from Arlington to life in prison for possessing 947 pills of fentanyl in a case that concluded Sept. 9 in district court in Weatherford.
Paul Dillon Brown, 19, pled guilty to possession of 95 grams of the controlled substance with intent to deliver and elected to have Judge Craig Towson assess his punishment.
“We are grateful to our partners in the Parker County justice system for helping finish what we started when we got this person and those substances off the streets,” said Willow Park Chief of Police Ray Lacy. “My thanks to our alert officers who apprehended this individual. This is a testament to a great team effort between the arresting officers, the prosecuting attorneys, and the judge in the case. The seizure of those drugs undoubtedly saved lives in our community.”…
