IRVING, Texas — Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing man last seen on Wednesday in Irving.
Police are searching for Nghi Huynh, a 76-year-old man who was last seen in the 3200 block of West Country Club Drive in Irving around 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
