BURLESON, Texas (WFAA) – Neighbors in one Texas community are stunned after two people were arrested following the discovery of a buried body.
According to Burleson police, someone who knows the family of Jonathan Kinman, a 26-year-old man who investigators said had special needs, asked for a welfare check.
