Undercover Buy Leads to Search Warrant, Major Narcotics Seizure, and Arrest in Irving

An undercover drug buy in Irving earlier this month led investigators to a significant narcotics seizure and the arrest of 31-year-old Harrison Lundquist, according to police.

On Tuesday, November 4, around 1:05 p.m., an Irving Police investigator arranged a cocaine purchase with Lundquist through text messages. The meeting point was the parking lot of Payless Beer & Wine at 2016 W. Grauwyler Road.

The investigator and another undercover officer waited in an unmarked vehicle. A short time later, Lundquist arrived on an electric scooter and approached the passenger side. The passenger handed him 120 dollars, and Lundquist exchanged a clear plastic bag containing 3.4 grams of cocaine. The narcotics were later submitted into evidence, and Lundquist was identified through his Texas driver’s license photo and prior booking records…
