‘We deserve answers’ | Family wants justice after arrest in wrong-way crash that killed North Texas mother

FORT WORTH, Texas — A 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the wrong-way crash that killed 37-year-old Fort Worth mother Brytni Elliott and seriously injured her husband and 12-year-old daughter, more than two months after the September collision.

The crash happened shortly after midnight on Sept. 14 near the 5800 block of Boat Club Road. Fort Worth police said a Dodge Ram pickup driven by Eduardo Partida was traveling the wrong direction when it collided head-on with a Ford Expedition carrying the Elliott family.

Brytni Elliott died at the scene. Her husband, Spencer Elliott, a Keller ISD coach, and their daughter were taken to hospitals with serious injuries…
