A Southlake police officer beat his live-in girlfriend in early November at their house in Kennedale and was arrested last week, law enforcement authorities allege.
Garrett Lisle, 28, was arrested on suspicion of continuous violence against the family in connection with a Nov. 2 911 call in which the officer’s girlfriend reported an assault, according to Kennedale Police Department Chief Mike Holguin.
Lisle’s arrest warrant was signed by a Tarrant County magistrate judge. The magistrate found there was probable cause to believe Lisle committed the offense that alleges that during less than a year, Lisle on two or more occasions assaulted a person with whom he was living…
