The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help putting a name to the face of a man investigators say broke into Westland Market late last month, a case that is adding to small businesses’ ongoing worries about property crime.

In a social media post, the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office shared a series of surveillance stills labeled “BURGLARY SUSPECT 6 DO YOU RECOGNIZE HIM?” and said the break-in happened last Wednesday at Westland Market on the 7400 block of FM Road 1187. According to the post, the suspect is described as a Hispanic male with dark brown hair and a beard who arrived on a silver scooter and was seen checking all the doors on the property before the theft.
