On the morning of Wednesday, December 10, 2025, Irving Police officers responded to a disturbance call involving a drunk individual. Upon arrival, officers encountered 39-year-old Oscar Sanchez-Acevedo of Irving, who was visibly intoxicated.
Sanchez-Acevedo was taken into custody and booked into the Irving Jail at 11:58 a.m. He faces charges of Public Intoxication, with more than three prior convictions, and also had two outstanding warrants from the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office for parole violations related to theft.
Records indicate Sanchez-Acevedo has been arrested multiple times in 2025 for offenses including Public Intoxication, Criminal Trespassing, and Theft of Property with prior convictions. He has also had previous arrests in Tarrant and Denton counties.
