On the early morning of Sunday, December 7, 2025, Irving Police responded to a report of a physical altercation involving a firearm at the Woodwind Apartment Homes, located in the 3900 block of Pleasant Run Road.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim and the reporting party, Laura Garcia, who stated that 35-year-old Thomas Lamont McGee had pointed a black and silver firearm at Garcia from several feet away. A witness corroborated the account, confirming that McGee was holding a weapon before police made contact.
