On Saturday, December 6, 2025, at approximately 6:34 p.m., an Irving police officer was dispatched to Irving Fire Station 6 in the 2800 block of Esters Road at West Rochelle Road in response to a reported domestic disturbance in progress that resulted in a car crash nearby.
Upon arrival, the officer made contact with one of the victims, identified as Maria Rodriguez-Castellanos. She reported that she had been involved in a domestic incident with her ex-girlfriend of four years, 25-year-old Elena Fausta DeLeon, in the parking lot of the Ladera Ranch Apartments in the 3300 block of Esters Road.
Rodriguez-Castellanos stated that she had ended the relationship and went to the apartment complex to return DeLeon’s personal belongings. Her mother, 43-year-old Celina Castellanos of Carrollton, accompanied her and was identified in the police report as the second victim…
