Early Tuesday morning, a devastating collision on Interstate 20 claimed the lives of two people and left another in critical condition. Fort Worth Police responded to the incident in the eastbound lanes near Granbury Road, where a pickup truck and an SUV had collided just after 2:20 a.m., as reported by NBC DFW. Upon arrival, they discovered a passenger ejected from one of the vehicles, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Tragically, the drivers of both vehicles were pinned inside the wreckage. One driver was eventually extricated and transported to a local hospital, but remains in critical condition.
