Three Arrested in Johnson County Human Trafficking Bust Tied to Multi-State and International Network

JOHNSON COUNTY, TX – On December 16, 2025, law enforcement executed search warrants at three locations in Johnson County as part of an ongoing investigation into human trafficking. Two locations in Cleburne and one in Burleson were targeted, resulting in the arrest of three individuals and the seizure of firearms, cash, evidence of sex trafficking, and numerous electronic devices.

The arrests include:

  • Consepsion Manriquez – Charged with Continuous Trafficking of Persons and Racketeering; bond set at $1,350,000.
  • Charles Eugene Evans – Charged with Continuous Trafficking of Persons and Racketeering; bond set at $1,350,000.
  • Jie Deng – Charged with Continuous Trafficking of Persons; bond set at $850,000.

Seized items included two handguns, $3,330 in cash, and devices containing evidence of trafficking. Authorities said the investigation revealed criminal connections spanning other parts of Texas, multiple U.S. states, and international locations.
