Traffic stop results in arrest of Fort Worth man for multiple charges

WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) – A Fort Worth man has been booked into the Wichita Falls County Jail after a traffic stop resulted in multiple charges.

On Monday, January 5, officers stopped a vehicle for not having a front license plate. When stopped, officers with the Wichita Falls Police Department (WFPD) detected the smell of marijuana in the vehicle and asked the driver to step out.

The driver, identified as Dreshawn Conley from Fort Worth, was questioned outside the vehicle and told officers he had used marijuana before driving, which caused the smell.
