Describing his early years at the company, Bell reminisces about starting in the cushion room, where he operated a clip gun to piece together seat frames – a humbler beginning compared to his current role as a Team Leader.
In a city that has long been with him, Bell is a testament to the transformative growth of Arlington and GM alike. He recalls a time when State Highway 360 was merely an “oil-top road” and the complexity of crossing a single-lane railroad track that has since expanded into a multi-lane thoroughfare.
