OCD Anxiety Centers provides specialized, evidence-based treatment for individuals of all ages experiencing OCD, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, and related conditions. With a national presence and a strong commitment to clinical excellence, we are proud to serve the Arlington community through our structured Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
Our program is designed for clients who need more support than traditional weekly therapy can offer. Over the course of 16 weeks, clients participate in three-hour sessions, Monday through Friday, using proven therapeutic methods such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard for treating these diagnoses. This level of consistency and structure enables clients to make measurable, meaningful progress.
