DESOTO, Texas — A 23-year-old Cedar Hill man was arrested after being caught breaking into a vehicle, according to the DeSoto Police Department.
The arrest occurred on January 15, 2026, following a report of suspicious activity in the 1500 block of Tanglerose Court.
Officers responded to the scene at approximately 10:34 PM and reviewed video footage provided by a caller, which helped identify the suspect. The individual, identified as Hubert Emmanuel Lee Thomas, was later found in the 1400 block of Dutchmans Creek actively breaking into a vehicle. Thomas was apprehended without incident…
