A man was shot and killed Saturday afternoon along the 2000 block of Watauga Road in northern Fort Worth, according to police. Officers responded to a 3:49 p.m. call and found the victim suffering from multiple apparent gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.

Fort Worth police said a dark-colored vehicle pulled up next to the man as he was along the roadway and someone inside opened fire multiple times before driving away, according to WFAA. Responding officers found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was transported to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries.
