Lupe Tortilla, the beloved Texas-born restaurant known for its legendary fajitas and famously strong margaritas, is officially on its way to town.
Per the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the restaurant will be moving into a newly renovated space at 2701 E. State Highway 114 — the former location of Buca di Bepo. Plans call for an expansive 8,439-square-foot dining room designed to welcome families, friends and anyone who believes a good meal should come with a little smoke and sizzle. Renovations are scheduled to begin April 15, with construction expected to wrap by July 1, putting Lupe Tortilla squarely on track for a warm-weather debut.
