A suspected burglar was hospitalized with a gunshot wound after a homeowner opened fire during an attempted break-in at a Fort Worth residence, police say.
Officers responded to a call mid-afternoon at a home on Grayson Street near Lake Arlington and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital with injuries investigators described as non-life-threatening.
According to police, the homeowner reported firing a weapon when the man tried to break into the house. Authorities have not released the names of those involved…
