New Longhorn Steakhouse Planned for Tarrant County

While DFW foodies may be divided on whether their meat should be served rare or well-done, a popular chain plans to unite them all in a love of steak. Longhorn Steakhouse is bringing its signature cuisine to a new Tarrant County storefront according to paperwork filed with the state.

Mansfield diners will be able to enjoy the ribeye or tenderloin of their dreams in a new constructed restaurant at 610 N US 287. Paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows that the building will span 5,780 square feet, with construction set to start on April 6 of this year. Work is set to wrap by December 14, suggesting locals may be able to enjoy a steak dinner by late 2026 or early 2027.
