North Texas is about to get a serious new ramen contender. Mensho, the Tokyo-born brand known for its creamy tori paitan and seasonal farm-to-bowl style, is headed to Haltom City with its first Dallas–Fort Worth shop. The ramen specialist is slated to land inside the new H Mart Plaza this spring, taking over roughly 2,000 square feet and offering a tight, counter-style setup instead of a glossy full-service production.
