Two Young Women Arrested at Heritage Park in Irving for Alcohol Violation and Resisting Officers

IRVING, Texas – Two North Irving residents were arrested Sunday, February 15, 2026, after an ordinance violation at Heritage Park escalated into multiple charges, according to Irving police.

At approximately 4:23 p.m., an Irving police officer was dispatched to Heritage Park, located in the 200 block of South Main Street in downtown Irving, after receiving a report that three individuals were consuming alcohol inside the city park. Heritage Park is designated as a Drug Free Zone under city ordinance.

Upon arrival, the officer observed two individuals, later identified as 18-year-old Rylee Lenay Beighey and 17-year-old Aliana Guel, seated at a park table with an open alcoholic beverage that was about one-quarter full.
