I almost drove right past it. From the street, it looks like a small house with a porch, not a spot serving some of the most talked-about pizza in Texas.
The second I stepped inside, the smell of fresh dough and bubbling cheese took over. Laughter carried through rooms that used to be bedrooms and living spaces, giving the whole place a relaxed, lived-in feel.
With a hot slice in front of me, it felt less like going out to eat and more like being invited over for dinner. Except the pizza coming out of that kitchen is good enough to turn first-timers into regulars fast.
