ARLINGTON, Texas — A North Texas barbecue favorite is opening a new location soon.
The Original Roy Hutchins Barbeque, which currently has a location in Trophy Club, is scheduled to hold its grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new Arlington location, at 1600 E. Copeland Road, on March 13.
The Arlington site, which sits just off Interstate 30 off Nolan Ryan Expressway near the stadiums, is being overseen by general manager Israel Silva, who previously helped launch the brand’s first restaurant in Trophy Club.
