ARLINGTON, Texas — Authorities are requesting assistance from the public to locate 25-year-old Jacob Bates, who was last seen at River Legacy Park.
Bates, who has special needs, became separated from his family around 6:00 p.m. while riding his bike on the trails near N. Collins Street and Viridian, according to the Arlington Police Department.
