MIDLOTHIAN, Texas — Lieutenant Jeremy Carter, a long-serving member of the department, was arrested on February 25, 2026, for driving while intoxicated.
Carter, who has been with the department since August 2008 and is assigned to Detention Services, was taken into custody by the Midlothian Police Department, according to a press release from the department.
