On the day he turned 43, Juan Fernandez finalized the details that will give his roving food truck a permanent home.
Sweet Sugar High Burger Co., the popular Fort Worth smashburger truck run by Fernandez and his wife, Catherine, is moving to 904 West Northside Drive on the city’s North Side. Beginning in mid-March, the couple will park and operate the truck at the site, steps from a vacant building on the same property that they’re planning to renovate into a brick-and-mortar restaurant.
