FORT WORTH, Texas — A helicopter en route to assist on a call for service in Central Division made an emergency landing Saturday night after experiencing a mechanical issue.
The incident occurred at approximately 10:15 p.m. when Air One took off from the heliport and was about 100 feet in the air, according to a press release from the Fort Worth Police Department.
