Cumulus Media, owner of radio stations The Ticket, The Wolf, files for bankruptcy

DALLAS — Cumulus Media, which owns several iconic Dallas-Fort Worth radio stations, filed for bankruptcy, company officials said.

The company announced on March 5 that it will enter into an agreement with its lenders to eliminate $600 million in debt, Cumulus Media said in a press release. Bankruptcy proceedings will not impact the company’s operation, and there will be no impact on employees, partners, or listeners, the release states.
