The ‘World’s Only St. Paddy’s Pickle Parade & Palooza’ Returns To North Texas This March

Get ready to pucker up, buttercups: The World’s Only St. Paddy’s Pickle Parade & Palooza is officially returning to the DFW town of Mansfield AKA the “Pickle Capital of Texas” this March.

Started in 2012, “The Pickle Parade” is set to return to the historic streets of downtown Mansfield on Saturday, March 21, 2026. Running with a “Party in Mansfield Like it’s 1776” theme, the palooza promises a revolutionary rager.

The festivities kick off early 8 AM on March 21 with the Pickle Run. Starting at James McKnight East Park, hundreds of runners will hustle through the streets to earn their post-race juice.

The main event kicks of at 1:00 PM when the main parade rolls out. Here, visitors can expect an array of emerald-green floats, marching bands, and the legendary Mansfield Pickle Queens. Clad in their signature red wigs and sparkly tiaras—the Pickle Queens are known to shower the crowd with (you guessed it) plenty of pickles…
