TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – The beloved Buc-ee’s gas station chain may not be so beloved after all. The company has received an “F” rating from the Better Business Bureau for unresolved customer complaints.
According to the BBB, Buc-ee’s has “stated they will not answer complaints forwarded to them” by the organization. The website cites 88 complaints filed against the business that have gone unanswered since 2019.
