After tackling steakhouses, barbecue, Mexican food, Spanish tapas, and Italian fare across a growing restaurant empire, Fort Worth celebrity chef Tim Love is now turning his attention toward Mediterranean cooking.
Tuesday, Love opened his first Mediterranean restaurant, Meraki, at 1615 Rogers Road in the TCU area, just a few blocks from another one of his restaurants, Woodshed Smokehouse. Meraki sits adjacent to Courtside Pickleball and replaces Courtside Kitchen, the pickleball court’s original restaurant.
