Century-Old Fairmount House in Fort Worth Comes With a Tiny Bonus

There was a big celebration recently at 1951 College Ave. in Fort Worth. Food, friends, and cupcakes were involved because this sweet blue house was believed to have turned 100 years old.

“It just celebrated its 100th birthday, and it’s still standing,” said Realtor Ashlee White about the listing. “And it’s probably got one of the most stable foundations in Fairmount.”
