Grocery chain Albertsons has filed a WARN notice for layoffs at two Tarrant County stores, impacting 138 employees. The impacted stores include its Euless location and a Fort Worth site on West Freeway, with layoffs scheduled to take effect in April.
Albertsons to Begin Layoffs at Two Tarrant County Stores
According to the official WARN notice filed with the Texas Workforce Commission, Albertsons Companies plans to begin layoffs on April 25, 2026. The filings were submitted as part of required WARN notices to the state.
WARN notices are filed to notify the state ahead of significant workforce reductions and allow time for worker assistance. Both notices were submitted on March 25, with 82 employees affected at 1155 N. Main St., Euless and 56 at 6700 W. Freeway.
