Two men are behind bars after they reportedly followed a woman down the highway then shot and killed her.
Javeon Javon Blount, 25, of Port Arthur and Demarcus Dewayne Elam, 28, of Humble were arrested in Port Arthur Sunday on murder warrants in connection with the death of Shameka Miller, 37, of Arlington.
