An initial employment contract between the Fort Worth Independent School District and its state-appointed superintendent shows him earning almost $1,400 per day in his role.
The contract released by Fort Worth ISD officials on Thursday, April 2, outlines payments and duties of Superintendent Peter Licataβs position, which began on March 24 when the Texas Education Agency announced his appointment as part of a state takeover of the district.
